Being a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement concluded through the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The term to withdraw from the purchase agreement expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third person other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail Traditional or e-mail). The statement should be sent :

In addition, please attach the withdrawal statement to the package, this will greatly speed up the return procedure.

A sample withdrawal form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally available on the Online Store's website under the “Withdrawal from purchase agreement” tab. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In the event of withdrawal from this purchase agreement, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this purchase agreement. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first

NOTE- In case of goods cut to measure ( carpets, runner rugs) the customer has no right of return/withdraw from purchase agreement, (unless the error was due to the seller or the goods are defective).

, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this purchase agreement. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiration of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are liable only for the reduction in the value of the item resulting from the use of the item other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

OUR COURIER - Please be advised that there is an option to use Our courier, the cost is PLN 25.00 and it is deducted from the amount refund to your bank account. If you wish to use this option, please let us know in the e-mail informing about the withdrawal.

EXCHANGE - Only if the goods are defective or we have made a mistake in completion of your order; in other cases, exchange is not possible (you must then return the goods and place a new order)
